I would love to download this b/c it's soooo pretty, but I'm not sure what a "gif" file is. My digital scrapping software only uses png files. Thanks for any info you can give me on a gif file.

i downloaded but i use cs3 and it doesn't appear to behave like a normal qp! the gif file....i cannot move a picture onto it and under it like i can with the other qp i have. anyone know how to use it?
